voicetest ---> primrose everdeen ---> then we'd see the day when nobody died

It's been a month since Prim arrived here in New Dodge and since then she feels like she's settled in more than she thought possible. Buttercup loves it here and every day Prim feels like she has to rescue him from some new thing he's gotten into. But he's just so cute and pitiful when he meows for her that she can't leave him. She wouldn't leave him anyway, but that's not the point at all. So she just smiles each time and fetches him to bring back to the yurt she shares with Katniss and Peeta. There she cleans him up and makes sure he's all settled and pampered and fed and then she lets him loose again. Goodness only knows what he gets up to each day.

But at least he's here. Prim doesn't know what she would do without Buttercup or Katniss or Peeta. The only thing missing is Mother. Prim hopes someday she'll come, too.

Today, though, sees her out and about. For the most part, she can be found in the clinic, learning as much as she can and lending a hand when she's needed. Outside of that, she wanders around to find what trouble Buttercup has gotten into and apologizing for him if she needs to. Generally speaking, she can probably be found just about anywhere and since she's much happier here than in Panem, she's likely a whole lot friendlier. Not that she wasn't perfectly sweet before she got here. There's just something about Panem that sucks the life out of people, even the sweet ones like Prim.

Sometimes literally.
