And he would just happen to focus on that area where her neck met her shoulder for those sounds alone. He always did have a bit of an ego, and hearing that he was doing good (even from little sounds) was enough to make him continue. He did however keep an ear on her breathing, just in case as he didn't want to accidentally cause a problem with her, even as he leaned in more so his beard could be felt against her skin more in a deliberate tactic to see what it would do.
