Locke was back, but he was still dealing Rachel. He wasn't ready for her and Celes knew it. To be honest, she wasn't so sure she was ready for him, not after everything that had happened with Balthier. She was in the Library of the Ancients to the north of the Outer Continent and had been there for a while. Recently, she'd asked Balthier to meet her here and she could only hope that he would do so.
