This whole thing was a bit... strange, to say the least, which was funny to someone like Sita. Just when she started to get complacent and imagine she'd seen everything - BAM - something came along and surprised her. Oddly enough, she liked that. Surprises were good. Kept her on her toes.
And really, she didn't need to stay in the sick bay for as long as she had. She felt fine after a few days. The reason she did was so she could get used to the brightly colored bird on her bed. Orange, red, gold, and a little green. Pretty. But unnecessary.
"Huh... Didn't think I had a soul." She shrugged. "You learn something new every day."
Once she'd gotten used to the bright bird on her shoulder, she decided she'd had enough of the hospital area. With the bird perched and his talons digging into her shoulder, she dodged out through the door and decided to take a look around.
Time to see what these people were like.
